Introduction to Mental Health & Addictions: Toronto Session

This course provides an introduction to Mental Health and Substance Related Disorders and addresses hardship and explores challenges faced by front-line workers when working with individuals with mental health and substance-related disorders. This session explores the complexities of providing effective support and services, focusing on case management strategies and systems thinking protocols for both staff and clients.  

This 1.5 day session will be hosted at the Chelsea Hotel, 33 Gerrard Street West, Toronto, Ontario M5G 1Z4.  Room block rates are available until May 17, 2024. Sessions will take place in the Gerrard room.  Session starts at 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on day 1 and 9:00 AM to 12:00pm on day 2.  Lunch will be on your own.
