Emergency Preparedness & Business Continuity WebEx

This 1.5 hour WebEx will discuss Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity for First Nations Ontario Works offices.

Emergency situations can occur unexpectedly, including pandemics, cyber-attacks, hydro or water outages, natureal disasters and community evacuations etc. As part of the Ontario Works Service Plan, you will be requested to plan for business continuity in the event of an emergency within your community. It is expected that you will be able to service individuals regardless of the emergency. Being prepared is crucial to increasing commuity safety, building community resiliency, and ensuring business continuity. Participants will gain knowledge and tools to develop and implement emergency preparedness and business continuity.
